possible new profit center for 2019
GCI anticipates creating a new profit center for 2019 through Breast Cancer Awareness. The goal will be simple; generate revenue by creating a partnership with PMSI and Sardi's in conjunction with GCI's existing business development arrangement with the 501c3 non profit Washington Redskins Alumni Chapter. The goal will be to generate revenue by providing family fitness camps for the children of breast cancer survivors. The reasoning behind these camps will be focused on the notion that the children of parents suffering from breast cancer sometimes get forgotten because the family dynamic is primarily focused on the parent suffering from breast cancer. Often a young child won't understand why the focus that was once on them has diminished severely because of this new life threatening dynamic. GCI's NFL Legend Family Fitness Camps will bring the family dynamic together for a couple of hours where the focus is completely on the entire family doing fun things together. Camps will be held at a designated time slot at Redskins Park on either June 1st, June 2nd, June 8th or June 9th.
We will use bottle water with a breast cancer theme as the tool or vehicle for donations. Because GCI will be using a 501c3 the donation will be tax deductible and because GCI has already negotiated a 50% of monies donated to the non-profit will go towards camps and future camps it will become a win win for all parties involved. GCI is still brainstorming how to launch this division properly. Mock ups have been completed for the branding of the water bottle and a ball park number has been provided for the cost of the water, 50 cents to $1.
REVENUE EXPECTATION FOR 2019: $????
chocolate division
Legendary Chocolates should really be looked at more closely in 2019. Of all of the divisions it enjoys the least amount of overhead expense while enjoying the best compensation formula by receiving 50% of the gross revenue it generates. Currently there is no overhead when capturing business for Legendary other than the cost of Gary Clark's time.
REVENUE EXPECTATION FOR 2019: $15,000 to $25,000
PEST CONTROL division
Contract partner is Pest Management Services Inc (PMSI). Beginning the week of April 1st we must seek to capture a 3 to 5 accounts per month and 27 to 45 accounts for 2019. To achieve this goal GCI must secure 2 to 3 accounts executives as business development reps to ensure success. Their job will be to visit a minimum of 3 to 5 businesses per week and to solicit those businesses to utilize the services of PMSI. They'll offer these businesses the opportunity to take advantage of our NFL Legend Sports & Entertainment Division at no additional cost to them in exchange for switching their pest management services to PMSI. As a rep they must illustrate that PMSI will truly aid in growing their brand.

STRATEGIC NATIONAL TITLE - Data Information Swap for thousands of households. This marketing strategy, if marketed correctly by PMSI, is the game changer which allows me to have the edge over Sue Smith and other PMSI agents for GCI's real estate rewards campaign.

INSURANCE division
The Legendary Group represents GCI's Insurance Partner. We are currently licensed to do business in VA, MD, DC, FL, NY and NJ in home, life, auto and business insurance. As of March 1st expected revenue generated will be $75,000. Partner is Jessica Porter who is a good partner and expected to become full time by April 1st. We expect to earn moderate revenue in 2019 from:

We must capture a minimum of 35 new clients as well as focus on getting into the household of the everyday consumer by way of our giveaways campaigns, camps and NFL Experiences.

APPEARANCE REVENUE - GCI expects to generate revenue from appearances scheduled by Redskins Park, NFL League office, Enterprise and others.

real estate division
REAL ESTATE SETTLEMENT- We have created a solid partnership within the real estate settlement sector with SNTG. We must consider establishing new relationships within the mortgage industry and ensure we put into place a more solid agreement by no later than October, 2019.
REVENUE GOAL FOR 2019: $350,000 to $500,000
RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE - We finally have established a residential real estate division thru Morgan Spencer. Morgan, allows GCI to have a family member specifically participating in potentially the most lucrative segment of future income for GCI.
UPSIDE:
we have over 200 leads that could potentially turn into significant revenue before year end for GCI. The key to the success of this profit center will be to CONCENTRATE FULLY ON PRIORITIZING and PROFILING the LEADS we enjoy courtesy of our existing marketing campaigns.
DOWNSIDE:
Morgan is a brand new agent with limited real estate experience with TWO transactions. However, Morgan is EXTREMELY intelligent and a force to be dealt with when focused. It is up to Gary Clark to keep Morgan FOCUSED ON THE TASK AT HAND.
